Delivery and Returns Policy

Kidre carefully fullfils your orders and hands them over to Matkahuolto for shipping.

Matkahuolto parcel point or Matkahuolto parcel locker

The parcel is delivered to a parcel point or parcel locker, typically within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification when the parcel is ready for pickup.

If timely fulfiling is not possible, the customer is informed by Kidre within 2 working days after the order is made and the new fulfiling date is communicated.

Matkahuolto home delivery

The parcel is delivered to your door at an agreed time. You will receive a notification about the incoming parcel via SMS or email to arrange the delivery time.

Price

Delivery fee is at your expense. They amount to 4,90 EUR per order. Delivery free are free from 30 EUR of purchase.

Countries

We only deliver within the borders of Finland. If you live outside this area and would like to have a delivery abroad, please contact us at the address support@kidre.com.

Returns

You have a right to returns of 30 days from the receiving of your package. Items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

Upon receipt of your package, we will examine the goods as quickly as possible and authorize your refund if the returned goods show no signs of use.

Improper use of a product, such as poor washing, cannot constitute a valid return reason.

Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
