Delivery and Returns Policy

KidRe carefully fullfils your orders and hands them over to Posti for shipping.

Fullfiling time

We fullfil your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date of the order confirmation.

Once your order has been handed over to Posti, you will receive a link allowing you to track the progress of your package.

If timely fulfiling is not possible, the customer is informed by KidRe within 2 working days after the order is made and the new fulfiling date is communicated.

Price

Delivery fee is at your expense. They amount to 7.90€ per order. Delivery free are free from 30€ of purchase.

Countries

We only deliver within the borders of Finland. If you live outside this area and would like to have a delivery abroad, please contact us at the address hello@kidre.com.

Returns

You have a right to returns of 30 days from the receiving of your package. Items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

Upon receipt of your package, we will examine the goods as quickly as possible and authorize your refund if the returned goods show no signs of use.

Improper use of a product, such as poor washing, cannot constitute a valid return reason.

Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
